Lake Front

Steps from the water with direct lake views. Fish or kayak from your site. Many include outdoor kitchens, expanded patios, and gas fire pits right on the lake’s edge.

Pull-Through

Only seven extra-long pull-throughs (45+ ft). Perfect for big rigs wanting easy in-and-out access. Very limited availability.

Premium and Elite

Large mostly lakefront sites (averaging 4,800+ sq ft) with thoughtful owner upgrades that elevate the outdoor experience: expanded patios, lakeside gas fire pits, private courtyards, outdoor kitchens or wet bars, attractive stonework, and comfortable furniture including swings and loungers. Premium sites offer a noticeable step up in comfort; Elite sites include the most complete set of enhancements for guests who love outdoor living.

Traditional

Huge, natural, open sites averaging over 5,300 sq ft — many directly on the lake. Simple concrete or paver patio ready for your own chairs, grill, and toys. Spacious, relaxed, authentic Alabama Gulf Coast resort RVing with room for kids, pets, and pure breathing space.
